The transformation of the dirCom into the Intelligence Director
Management theorists envisage the creation of a new top-level management position that assumes corporate intelligence. The CIO will have Big Data and Small Data analysis functions, innovation and communication intensive and wide-ranging. The theories and norms, such as the 9C, can be applied to Brand Content Manager (BCM). The dirCom (BCM) could become the Chief Intelligence Officer (CIO).
